About the Camps

All American Lacrosse Camps offer a complete training program for the novice to advanced lacrosse player. We emphasize innovative techniques and teach both stick enhancement skills and theories of team play. Additionally, goalies receive special and individual instruction.

The morning sessions focus on individual skill development, including advanced stick skills, dodging, scoring, feeding, cutting, and defensive skills. The afternoon sessions focus on game strategies, organized offenses, transition, defensive communication, and specialty situations. The evening sessions focus on teamwork, game theories, full-field games and include special programs on sports psychology and conditioning.

Overnight campers stay in the school's dormitories and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner in the dining halls. Commuters join the group for all sessions as well as lunch and dinner.

All American Lacrosse Camps are challenging and fun... a great athletic experience. It's the perfect way to excel in the game of lacrosse during the summer!
